Basic Skills Quality Mark 3
We define basic skills as: The ability to read, write and speak in English and to use mathematics at a level necessary to function and progress at work and in society in general.
The Quality Mark is awarded to schools that reach a minimum standard in teaching literacy and numeracy. Bursted have been fortunate enough to have renewed their Basic Skills for the third time.
